As a realtor who lives, works and plays in the Long Beach area, I finally have gotten a moment to start this blog. This is something that has been on my list of things that must get done.
The most interesting thing that has happened in the Long Beach area lately is the extension of the first time homebuyers tax credit. This free gift from Uncle Sam has really stimulated activity. This past month has really created a buzz among buyers who have been on the fence and I personally have seen a great increase in new young buyers pulling the trigger and bidding on the house, co-op or condo that they have had in their sights.
